Refund Policy – ACK9 Dog Training

At ACK9 Dog Training, we are committed to providing high-quality, positive reinforcement training services to help you and your dog succeed. By booking with us, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Payments & Package

Payment is required in advance to confirm all bookings.
Training packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not offered once training has commenced.
This is because successful training requires time, consistency, and commitment. Results cannot be guaranteed without client participation, so we do not refund unused sessions once training has started.
If a client chooses to rehome, surrender, or otherwise stop training with their dog, any remaining sessions are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.
If ACK9 Dog Training cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., long-term illness of the owner or dog), ACK9 may, at its discretion, offer to transfer unused sessions to a future date or issue credit towards alternative services.

5. Commitment to Success

Training is a partnership. While we provide professional guidance and proven methods, results depend on ongoing practice outside of sessions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee outcomes and do not provide refunds once training has begun.

6. Refunds & Data
